Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from KOTA Ranch. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges, unless the item is defective or damaged.
